All products available in our store are digital goods, such as Procreate brushes, PNG files, and other downloadable materials.

Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered.


Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us at texturedrape@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to help resolve any technical problems and ensure you receive your files.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:


  • You were charged more than once for the same item, or
  • A duplicate order was placed due to a technical error.


In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at texturedrape@gmail.com, and we’ll review your request.
